Humboldt War Hammers

Hey Guys-

                 Veteran Warhammer player here trying to figure out how many active 40k players there are in this community. I recently got back into 40k with 5th edition (I had not played since 3.5 ed). I have Chaos Space Marines and Imperial Guard forces. I want to figure out who here is actually motivated to help grow an active 40k community in the area, Get more people competing and having fun while doing it, thats my goal. So let me know what you guys are into. I also have a huge Dwarf army for Fantasy but alas, The 8th edition system is lacking In my Opinion, So I would much rather game 40k.

Greetings! I'm pretty new here myself, my son and I plan to learn from the AoBR set and will be working up both an Ork army and a Blood Angel army.

I have not been active for a while, well since 8th edition came out and wardancers got nerfed, but I digress. From the last accounts I have heard the 40K group is doing very well. We used to be a WHFB group largely, but that has since changed. New blood is good for our local group and for the forum. Good to see new posts and new club members.

Welcome! Our club meetings are formally the last Sunday of every month, but there are usually folks around for a pick up game every Sunday at NCRP. Definately drop by! Recently we've mostly been playing 40k, Warmachine, Modheim, and Flames of War.
